- Bread Slices-2 (Any bread-white, brown or multigrain)
- Hard Boiled Egg-1 (cut into small pieces)
- Onion-1/2pc (chopped)
- Salt-to taste
- Black pepper-1tsp
- Green Chilly-1(chopped)
- Garlic seasoning-1tsp (optional)
- Mayonnaise- 2-3tbsp
- Take a bowl, mix chopped egg, onion , salt, black pepper, green chilly, mayonnaise and garlic seasoning. (you can add chopped veggies of your choice)
- Spread butter on both the bread on one side.
- Take one bread, spread the mixture on the butter side of bread.
- Cover it with another bread, keeping butter side down.
- Take a pan, add butter.
- Place the sandwich, once one side turns brown, flip and wait till it becomes brown.
- Cut diagonally and enjoy!
