Egg Sandwich

When you are in hurry, prepare this breakfast recipe. Try out this simple and delicious breakfast item.

Ingredients:

  • Bread Slices-2 (Any bread-white, brown or multigrain)
  • Hard Boiled Egg-1 (cut into small pieces)
  • Butter-1tsp
  • Onion-1/2pc (chopped)
  • Salt-to taste
  • Black pepper-1tsp
  • Green Chilly-1(chopped)
  • Garlic seasoning-1tsp (optional)
  • Mayonnaise- 2-3tbsp

Method:

  • Take a bowl, mix chopped egg, onion , salt, black pepper, green chilly, mayonnaise and garlic seasoning. (you can add chopped veggies of your choice)
  • Spread butter on both the bread on one side.
  • Take one bread, spread the mixture on the butter side of bread.
  • Cover it with another bread, keeping butter side down.
  • Take a pan, add butter.
  • Place the sandwich, once one side turns brown, flip and wait till it becomes brown.
  • Cut diagonally and enjoy!
